About

One Singapore crew covering the three jobs that usually take three companies.

24 Watts tools and cable coils laid out on a workbench
Who we are

24 Watts started with the electrical work — and kept getting asked to handle everything either side of it.

Tenants coming to the end of a lease needed the fit-out taken out. Landlords needed the unit put back the way the agreement described. Homeowners needed a rewire that did not leave three trades blaming each other. So that is what we built: electrical works, demolition and reinstatement under one roof.

It means one site visit instead of three, one written quote instead of three, and one person answering the phone when the handover date moves. For a tenant staring at a dilapidation schedule with four weeks to clear it, that is usually the difference.

We work across homes, offices, retail units and industrial premises islandwide, and to whatever access hours your building allows — including after-hours and weekends for malls and office towers.

01

One point of contact

The person who quotes the job is the person who runs it.

02

A scope, not an estimate

Written line by line, so nothing appears halfway through the job.

03

Left clean

Debris cleared, made good, documented — ready for inspection, not “nearly there”.
